Bio: Elroy would make a wonderful buddy horse to another horse in need of a friend. Elroy is a former guest ranch horse and is loving retirement already. He has some gastrointestinal sensitivities that he has made great strides with since entering CHR's program. Currently, he is enjoying living out with a herd of geldings, napping in the sun every afternoon, and frolicking with his horse friends on brisk mornings.
Handler Experience: Companion/Beginner - Just starting to learn how to catch, halter, and lead a horse. Understands that a horse's subtle changes in posture provide important clues as to what the horse is thinking.
