Bio: Bentley would make a wonderful companion to both humans and horses in most homes! Bentley has gotten along great with other horses at the rescue in both a padock and pasture setting. He works in our volunteer program and enjoys exploring our obstacle course at CHR. Bentley has age and use related arthritis and is looking for a loving retirement home. He wears front shoes, but is otherwise a pretty low maintenance guy.
Handler Experience: Companion/Beginner - Just starting to learn how to catch, halter, and lead a horse. Understands that a horse's subtle changes in posture provide important clues as to what the horse is thinking.
