Bio: Picasso is a flashy and friendly retired lesson horse looking for his forever home. He is sweet, gentle, and easy to handle. He gets along well with other horses and loves every person he meets. He has retired due to age-related arthritis and would be happiest going for walks, getting groomed, and spending time with his person.
Handler Experience: Companion/Beginner - Just starting to learn how to catch, halter, and lead a horse. Understands that a horse's subtle changes in posture provide important clues as to what the horse is thinking.
