Bio: At 28, this Arabian mare still has lots of life to enjoy! Raven is a lovely mare to be around and has done great in our volunteer handling program with beginner to intermediate horse handlers. Raven is ready to find a loving retirement home after a long riding career. Raven eats a little grain every morning to ensure she is getting the calories she needs throughout the day, but is otherwise an easy keeper!
Handler Experience: Companion/Beginner - Just starting to learn how to catch, halter, and lead a horse. Understands that a horse's subtle changes in posture provide important clues as to what the horse is thinking.
