CHR is a proud partner of The Annie Project! Founded by Drifter's Hearts of Hope equine rescue, this program provides re-homing services to horses in the dude ranch industry that need to retire from the rigors of a demanding career to private pleasure riding. We are thrilled to provide this match-making service for these deserving horses, while keeping more horses out of the livestock auction pipeline.

The EQUUS Foundation connects individuals and organizations in the equine community committed to the welfare of horses with the goal of building a support base of equine advocates and affecting change. The EQUUS Mentor Accreditation is awarded annually to an organization that operates at the highest standards for business and equine welfare practices and has been the recipient of an EQUUS Foundation grant for a minimum of two consecutive years.

From bi-annual dental care for our horses to discounted hospitalization fees, we are beyond grateful for our partnership with Colorado State University’s Veterinary Teaching Hospital. We’ve been honored to return the favors by providing real-world experience for the next generation of equine veterinarians.
