Category: Riding
Age: 18
Gender: Mare
Breed: Quarter Horse
Bio: Lakota is an 18-year-old bay roan Quarter Horse. She has Navicular disease, so she needs to have wedge, bar shoes on her front feet, and a maintenance dose of Equiox. She is still rideable, but only for short, flat, easy trail rides. Lakota is a very sweet, and calm mare. She loads, stands for the farrier, easy to worm, stands for shots, is good for the veterinarian, and you can clip her. I would love to keep this mare, but I have a few other horses with chronic health issues, and my budget cannot take the extra expenses, so I need to downsize my heard.
Please make sure to leave a voicemail if I am unable to answer your phone call. Thank you!
