Category: Non-Riding Companion
Age: 5
Gender: Mare
Breed: Mustang
Bio: Lila was started in the Meeker Mustang Makeover, and successfully adopted out. For about a year she has been in under saddle training, and started very well. Unfortunately, she was diagnosed with neurological issues causing her to trip at random which makes her unsafe for riding. She trailer loads perfectly, stands well for farrier, is a lovely companion, gets along with other horses in various herds, is an easy keeper, is good for grooming, and loves attention. My hope for her is that she finds a loving home that wants to keep her as a cute companion for their other horses. Her only needs are the basics :feet trimming, annual teeth floats/checks, grass hay, water. No special maintenance required, and I have my vet ready to answer the phone to touch on any questions or concerns; however, multiple vets are not worried about her future as a companion horse. Her neurological issues will not worsen, they are just as is. slttisdall@hotmail.com (262) 492-4419
