To celebrate, here’s a cocktail recipe perfect for summer, featuring Wheatley American Vodka:

Roland’s Refresher
Makes 8 cocktails

• 2 cups cranberry juice

• 1 cup Wheatley American Vodka

• 1/2 cup amaretto

• 3 tbsp fresh orange juice

• Ice cubes

• Clementines, peeled and separated

Instructions:

1. Mix cranberry juice, vodka, amaretto, and orange juice in a pitcher.
2. Cover and place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
3. To make 2 drinks, fill cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Pour in 1 cup of mixture. Cover and shake until chilled.
4. Strain the mixture into martini glasses.
5. Garnish each with a piece of clementine.
6. Repeat 3 times until the mixture is all used. Enjoy!
